Technical Features

1、Low density(about 1.2SG), easy to stay, easy to suspend, can be used to seal  fluid loss for free casing section;

2、Self-condensing, high temperature resistance(above 300℃), can be used in  high temperature well formaiton;

Plugging Mechanism

Limited by minimum pressure condition, the multifunctional composite material system, carried by the sand-carrying fluid, will preferentially enter the low-pressure and high-permeability large pores which are designed to be plugged. Once certain amount enters desired depth, it forms a truncated body with strength through the bridging effect and coagulation and solidification effect, and cut off the shaft from the deep formation and high permeability channel. It achieves the purpose of rapid plugging. Select the material particle size composition and additives to control the consolidation time and the permeability of the consolidated body to achieve different construction purposes.
