Dissolvable Alloy Materials

There are five series materials and products which are developed based on magnesium-based dissolvable materials. So far more than 20 kinds of products have been put on production.  The performance of materials are kept improving and expanded to more fields. It can be customized according to customers’ demand.

The dissolved particles are less than 20 microns and are evenly dissolved, which is easy to be flowed back.

At present, materials of a diameter between 64 and 147 mm and standard 1m long bar are available. Other products can be customerized such as various sizes of bars, soluble balls, pipes and tool parts with specific strength and specific dissolution rate.

Dissolvable Bridge Plug Products

Dissolvable bridge plug is a new generation of  fracturing tool solutions that provides effective zonal isolation for fracturing operations. The dissolvable bridge plug metal body and sealing are dissolvable. After dissolution, the well-bore is with full diameter, eliminating drilling out operations, which reduce the time of putting on production and save time and cost.

At present, there are three series of dissolvable bridge plugs: Slim double slip dissolvable bridge plug series, Small rubber big bore single slip dissolvable bridge plug series and All metal ultra-short large diameter dissolvable bridge plug series. Products can be customized with dissolution rate under different temperature and sleeve size as needed.

1.Slim Double slip dissolvable bridge plug

• Double slip design for reliable anchoring

• With a small OD design, suitable for casing deformation conditions

• Rated working pressure 70Mpa

• Two dissolution rates: high rate series, conventional rate series

• According to different water quality, materials can be customized with different dissolution rates and can be dissolved in a variety of water containing electrolytes without causing well blocking.

2.Small rubber big bore single slip dissolvable bridge plug

• High pressure resistance, working pressure up to 70Mpa

• Small outside diameter, large inside diameter, short length, conducive to bridge plug into the well and back-flow, more conducive to bridge plug dissolution

• Small rubber with single slip design is more compact.

• Two dissolution rates: high rate series, conventional rate series

• According to different temperature and water quality, materials can be customized with different dissolution rates under 25-180℃.

• Dissolved particles are 10 microns, eliminating issues caused by the incomplete dissolution which causes well plugging.

3.All metal ultra-short large diameter dissolvable bridge plug

• Metal seal ring rated working pressure 70Mpa

• Two dissolution rates: high rate series, conventional rate series

• 5 ½ inch bridge plug, length 26cm, diameter 58mm, short and compact structure, easy to run in well-bore.

• According to different temperature and water quality, materials can be customized with different dissolution rates under 25-180℃.

• Dissolved particles are 10 microns, eliminating issues caused by the incomplete dissolution which causes well plugging.
