Drilling Plugging Agent 

1) Introduction

This product is made of a variety of composite materials through special technology and surface treatment. Its mechanism is to form a layer of low-permeability plugging film on the surface of the wellbore. By realizing the shielding isolation between the wellbore and the formation, it can stabilize the wellbore, strengthen the wellbore, prevent leakage, protect the reservoir, and prevent differential pressure sticking. Temperature resistant up to 150 degrees Celsius and can be used during drilling.

Loss Plugging Agent

E-GRA plugging agent is a kind of highly elastic graphite material, as a bridge plugging agent used to deal with the leakage when drilling natural cracks and induced cracks, E-GRA plugging agent is divided into five different specifications according to the average particle size, respectively: E-GRA25, 50,100,400,1000. These numbers reflect the average particle size of the product (D50), the unit is micron. They are widely used to plug depleted formations to avoid the risk of sticking due to differential pressure.

DIASEAL sealants are highly efficient all-loss products specially designed to deal with severe losses or loss-back losses. It can plug a variety of types of leaks, including cracks, caverns, and weak formations. As a typical representative of "one-bag type leak plugging agent", it can be mixed well in advance, so that no matter what the severity of the leak, it can be immediately pumped into use. DIASEAL is formulated by plain water or base oil and is suitable for any type of drilling fluid system. When the diaseal slurry is squeezed in the lost layer, it will quickly lose water to form a solid plunger, which is sealed thoroughly and can be put in place at one time.

STRSEAL caulk is a special inorganic caulk and bridging agent mixture. It is an innovative caulk process that can respond as soon as a leak occurs, without the need to pre-determine the formation condition. It is especially suitable for permeable stratum, over-balanced stratum and induced fracture, and can effectively play the role of bridging and plugging.

ACCSEAL is a unique inert-elastic plugging material made of precise classification. It has the characteristics of high compression ratio, deformability, high strength and shear resistance. These characteristics are not available to ordinary fiber plugging materials. When plugging micro-cracks and permeable sandstone, the pressure bearing capacity is higher. ACCSEAL plugging agent is often used to plug drained formation leakage, prevent differential pressure sticking and deal with leakage.
