Water-based Viscosifier
D-ACTHIN is an acrylic polymer viscosity reducer used in water-based drilling system with small molecular weight and temperature resistance of up to 200℃. Its high temperature resistance, salt resistance, calcium resistance and pH resistance make this product stand out among many diluent products and far exceed traditional diluent products in terms of cost performance. D-ACTHIN can resist contamination from salt water, gypsum layer and cement, and maintain rheological stability of the system. In addition, D-ACTHIN can also resist the gel effect produced by mud at high temperature, avoid thickening, and improve the high-temperature resistance of the system.
MAXTHIN is a water-based diluent for extreme temperature conditions with a small molecular weight, making it one of the top products on the market today with the strongest temperature resistance. It is mainly used for ultra-deep well operations and has been successfully applied to drilling operations with bottomhole temperatures exceeding 260 ° C. MAXTHIN is pH neutral and resistant to pollution, including carbon dioxide gas invasion, cement, lime and salt formations.
Oil-based Viscosity Reducer
DISTHIN is a viscosity reducing agent used in oil-based drilling systems to reduce the rheological properties of mud when there are a large number of colloidal solid particles in the system. It works by relying on macromolecules to disperse solid particles, rather than by increasing the oil-water ratio, which has the advantage of not adding extra volume. The addition needs to be based on the actual use of the site and confirmed by small sample experiments. Note: if the DISTHIN is excessive, it will greatly reduce the 6-turn and 3-turn reading, and the adhesive cut will also drop sharply, this rheological decline is irreversible, that is, it can not be recovered by adding the adhesive lifting agent, so it must be careful before use, be sure to do the sample experiment.
Water-based Adhesive Extractor
YXC-L viscosifier is an emulsion xanthan gum that can be used in fresh water, sea water and monovalent salt water systems. Compared to powdered xanthan gum, liquid xanthan gum is much more dispersible and shear, and does not produce "fish eyes". YXC-L has good suspension capacity and shear dilution, temperature resistance of 120℃, need to add fungicide to prevent fermentation when used. When the pH value of the mud is greater than 10, YXC-L will react with dissolved calcium ions to precipitate, but the salt resistance can generally meet the needs.
YXC-N viscosification Agent is an advanced transparent xanthan adhesive specifically designed for use in reservoir segments to provide excellent suspension capacity, well cleaning, improved flow patterns, reduced friction, and reduced filtrate erosion. YXC-N improves drilling efficiency, reduces reservoir damage, and reduces project costs. The temperature of YXC-N can reach 120℃, and bactericide should be added to prevent fermentation when used. When the pH value of the mud is greater than 10, YXC-N will react with dissolved calcium ions to precipitate, but the salt resistance can generally meet the needs.
Oil-based Viscosifier
OBVIS viscosifier is an economical organic soil used in oil-based mud systems to improve the rheology and suspension capacity of oil-based drilling fluids. It improves the system's sand carrying capacity, shearing force, and barite suspension capacity. At the same time, it can improve the mud cake quality and help reduce the filtration loss. In addition, OBVIS viscosifier is also used to prepare overnight sealing, plugging slurry and unstuck liquid. The temperature resistance of OBVIS tackifier can reach 180℃.
OBVIS-PLUS viscosifier is an easily dispersed, fast pulping and economical organic soil, which is mainly used to improve the rheology and suspension ability of mud in oil-based drilling fluid systems. OBVIS-PLUS viscosifier is unique in that it allows oil-based mud to achieve full shear in a shorter time and at low temperatures, significantly outperforming conventional organic soils. In addition, BENVIS-PLUS viscosifiers are also used in the preparation of overnight sealing, leak plugging and jam release fluids. The temperature resistance of OBVIS-PLUS viscosifier is 180℃.
MAXMOD is a specially engineered blend of vegetable fatty acids designed to improve the rheological properties of oil-based drilling fluids at low shear rates, while increasing the system's suspension force and improving hole cleaning. MAXMOD viscosifier can change the flow pattern structure of the entire system without the addition of organic soil and improve the shear dilution of the system. It is specially designed for soilless phase high-performance oil-based drilling fluids. MAXMOD viscosifier has a temperature resistance of up to 200℃.
MAXMOD LSR Flow Pattern Regulator is a 100% active fatty acid mixture designed to improve the rheological properties of oil-based drilling fluids at low shear rates, while increasing the system's suspension force and improving hole cleaning. MAXMOD-LSR is unique in that it only increases the reading at 3 and 6 RPM without increasing the plastic viscosity, making it a star product for use in extended reach, horizontal and highly deviated Wells. The MAXMOD-LSR is suitable for a wide range of oil-water ratios and is resistant to temperatures exceeding 200 ° C.
